Affordable Wedding Gowns… All at $999 or Less

Concierge Cleaning Service

So, according to The Knot, wedding gown cleaning and preservation should cost you up to $750!!! Yikes….that’s hella high, don’t you think? We did too…. so after some serious research and training, we knew we could not only do it, but do it better!

We don’t just save you money on the purchase of the gown, but also on the CLEANING and PRESERVING TOO!!

FORMALITY'S CLEANING SERVICE:

Here’s WHY we’re different….

Most bridal boutiques send the gowns to a cleaner, who in turn sends them out of state to be placed into a GIANT washing machine with other gowns. There are a LOT of opportunities for mistakes. For instance:

We inspect EVERY gown, and work with a local cleaner who cleans them ONSITE. They NEVER get shipped out. Never. Formality is in constant contact with the cleaner about your beautiful gown. We also personally drop them off and pick them up and review every drop of red wine, every memory that left its mark with our trusted professional.

Why not just go there yourself?

You totally could, but your pricing will be higher than our negotiated pricing, and dry cleaners aren’t going to give you the “bridal level” of service that you should expect.

Transparent pricing:

We don’t keep secrets around here. We are open and honest about our pricing.

$149

Cleaning plus garment bag: $149

$239

Cleaning plus Museum Quality Preservation Hanging Bag: $239

$299

Cleaning and Preservation Box: $299
Note: Giant ballgowns (if you have one, you know it…) or large plus size could cost a bit more. More fabric, more cost.

Cleaning vs. Preserving:

Preservation is the safest way to store your gown long term, but what if you aren’t sure you’ll want to keep it forever? Or what if you know that you want to sell it? Cleaning your gown is totally acceptable. In fact, if it’s hanging in the back of your closet and not exposed to light, it should keep for a very long time.

Turnaround Time:

Typically, for those giant processing companies, it can take 3 months for a preservation process because it gets shipped to them, then they wait on enough gowns to be processed together with yours, and then they ship it back to you.

Our process is generally half that time since your gorgeous gown isn’t getting shipped across the country.

Insurance: We self insure every gown up to $500.
